This year’s charity concert from the Avon Fire & Rescue service band has a distinctly international flavour. We’ll be playing our signature mixture of marches, classical excerpts and show tune medleys, but roving around the world; from Spanish flamenco to Italian carnival, to the chimney pots of old London town, amongst other destinations. With the concert happening on 4th July, although Tom Cruise is (currently) not scheduled to put in an appearance, there will be a smattering of music from the former colony.
As in previous years, the proceeds from the concert will go to the Memorial Hall and the Firefighters’ Charity. Please do come and support both of these worthy causes, and enjoy the experience of Live Music.
